Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 12, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information whenever you open, browse or otherwise make use of the Game Foundry mobile application (the "Service"). It describes the categories of data we may receive, the reasons we process it, and the safeguards we put in place around it. By choosing to use the Service, you accept the practices laid out on this page. If any part of this Policy is not acceptable to you, the appropriate step is to stop using the Service.

Information Collection and Use

Running a dependable app sometimes requires a small amount of information from you. On occasion we may request personal identifiers — an email address, for instance, or basic characteristics of the device you are holding. Whatever we receive stays with us and is handled strictly under the terms written here.

A limited set of technical data may also arrive automatically as a by-product of normal operation, such as:

  • The model of your device and the operating system it runs
  • The IP address assigned to your connection
  • Diagnostic records, including in-app activity and crash logs

To understand how the Service is being used and to keep it running smoothly, we may rely on cookies or technologies that serve an equivalent role. Your device settings let you switch cookies off, though doing so can leave a few features working less reliably than intended.

Use of Data

The information described above is put to work in a handful of specific ways:

  • Operating the Service, keeping it stable and steadily improving it
  • Letting you know when something changes or a new version ships
  • Making interactive parts of the app available to you
  • Answering questions and providing help when you ask for it
  • Reviewing patterns of use so future updates serve people better
  • Spotting, preventing and repairing technical faults or abusive behaviour

Third-Party Access

A portion of the data we hold may pass to carefully chosen outside companies that carry out work on our behalf — analytics processing or customer-care support are typical examples. These companies operate under contractual limits: they may use your information only to perform the task we hired them for, never for goals of their own, and they must respect the rules in this Policy.

Separately, figures that have been combined and stripped of anything identifying may be shared for statistical reporting or scholarly study.

Disclosure of Data

There are situations in which the law, or a good-faith judgement on our part, obliges us to hand information over. We may do so when it is necessary to:

  • Meet a legal obligation or answer a lawful request from public authorities
  • Defend our property, rights or other legitimate interests
  • Keep our users — or the wider public — safe from harm
  • Stop fraud or address a problem affecting how the Service operates

Data Retention

We hold onto your information for as long as you remain a user of the Service, plus a reasonable window afterwards. If you would prefer your personal data erased, simply contact us — we will act on the request without unnecessary delay.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not built for children under 13 years of age — or under 16 where local law sets that higher threshold — and we make no deliberate attempt to collect personal details from them. If you have reason to think a minor has passed information to us, please tell us right away so we can remove it and take whatever corrective steps are needed.

Security

Protecting what you entrust to us is something we take seriously. Physical controls, technical measures and administrative procedures all play a part in keeping your data shielded. That said, honesty requires us to note that no method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely immune to risk, and absolute security cannot be promised.

International Transfers

The servers that process and hold your information may sit outside the country, state or province where you live. Continuing to use the Service means you agree to such cross-border movement of data, on the understanding that suitable safeguards accompany every transfer.

Links to Other Sites

From time to time the Service may point you toward websites run by parties other than us. Once you leave the app, our responsibility ends: we neither control nor answer for the content or privacy conduct of those destinations, and we encourage you to read their own policies before sharing anything with them.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service evolves. Whenever that happens, the revised text will appear on this page and the "Effective date" shown at the top will change accordingly. Using the Service after an update takes effect counts as acceptance of the new terms, so checking back here occasionally is a good habit.

Contact Us

Questions, concerns or requests relating to this Privacy Policy — or to the way we treat your data generally — are always welcome. Write to us at ecilutuser061@gmail.com and we will get back to you.
